Mall stalls carry our core baked goods range — Burnt Basque Cheesecakes, specialty cakes by the slice or whole, cornbread, and cookies. The full bistro menu (including all-day brunch, mains, and the complete brew bar) is available exclusively at our Capitol Commons Brew & Bistro flagship in Pasig.
We recommend placing whole cheesecake orders at least 3–5 days in advance, especially for custom flavours or larger orders. For weekend pickups and holidays, we strongly advise ordering 7–10 days ahead as availability is limited and we bake fresh daily in limited quantities.
Pick-up is available at all mall stalls and the Brew & Bistro flagship. For delivery inquiries within Metro Manila, please message us directly on Instagram or Facebook — we can arrange third-party courier for advance orders on a case-by-case basis.
Manila Baker Brew & Bistro opens earlier on weekends — 8:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays — to accommodate all-day brunch dining. We are open until 10:00 PM both days. Weekdays run from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Our Burnt Basque Cheesecakes and the Chocolate Mascarpone Cloud Cake are naturally flour-free and suitable for gluten-avoiding guests. Please note that our kitchen handles wheat products and we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. For specific dietary requirements, please send an inquiry and we will advise on current options.
Absolutely. We offer corporate gifting packages featuring individually boxed cheesecakes, cookie assortments, and cornbread loaves — all branded with our packaging.
